Because many of our products are handmade, custom-curated, limited edition, or mystery-based, availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.


3. Mystery & Blind Date Products

Many of our products are intentionally designed as surprise or mystery experiences.

By purchasing a Blind Date with a Book or other mystery-style product, you acknowledge that:

  • Book selections are curated based on the information you provide.
  • Duplicate books may occasionally occur.
  • Individual preferences and tastes may vary.
  • Packaging, extras, and themes may vary depending on availability.

We do our best to create a magical experience for every customer, but we cannot guarantee every selection will perfectly match personal reading preferences.


4. No Refunds or Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations after an order has been processed

This policy applies to all products sold through Enchantmentsco Book Lounge.

Please carefully review your order before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
