Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

We do our best to ship orders same day or next business day whenever possible. However, processing times may occasionally be extended during:

  • special events or promotions

Free Shipping

We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on orders over $75 before taxes and discounts.


Combined Shipping

Whenever possible, multiple items ordered together will be combined into one shipment.

This includes combinations of:

  • Blind Date with a Book orders
  • bookish merchandise
  • accessories
  • gifts
  • other Enchantmentsco Book Lounge products

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders.

Please contact us before ordering or reply to your order confirmation email for pickup arrangements.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • an incorrect address
  • incomplete address
  • delivery refusal
  • customer error

the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Enchantmentsco Book Lounge is not responsible for:

  • lost packages
  • stolen packages
  • delayed deliveries
  • carrier transit issues
  • packages marked as delivered

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
